Return Policy
Madme’s return policy is clear and transparent as required by law. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 5 calendar days of delivery. All returns are subject to these conditions:
No Hidden Conditions: Our return terms are reasonable and as transparent as required by the E-Commerce Rules . We do not make it unduly difficult to return a valid item.
Eligibility: Returns apply only to prepaid orders. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags/packaging intact. Custom or personalized items are not returnable.
Initiating a Return: To return, contact customer service within 5 days of delivery. We’ll provide instructions and an RMA (return merchandise authorization).
Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a traceable courier.
Refund or Exchange: After we receive and inspect the return, we will process an exchange or refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, usually within 7–10 business days. We do not offer cash refunds for prepaid orders; refunds go back to your payment source.
Exceptions: If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will gladly replace it or refund the full amount (including return shipping)
